Terms of payment

Transport and delivery

The shipping date may change the basis of the order from 2 to 4 working days, shipping is by courier Bartolini with delivery times between 24 and 48h. In Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Venice and Valle d'Aosta 72 h.

The courier will try to deliver in two attempts in case the first fails. If the second attempt is not successful, the package will be in storage and any costs of deposit and the respective costs of new delivery will be borne by the recipient.

Warranty, assistance, withdrawal of purchase

All products purchased on have a 1-year warranty (the date of the receipt is valid), for any problem do not hesitate to contact us.

In case of warranty service, the collection and delivery of defective products will be charged to the customer, only in case of defective product the customer will have the right to be replaced with a product equal or of equal value no later than 10 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its complete package with all its components without any sign of tampering.

How to return a wrong product or that does not meet your expectations?
